The refreshed logo features a modern, fluid design blending deep blue tones with vibrant purple accents to evoke energetic connections and dynamic synergy. Its flowing wave form — evolving from interconnected nodes into dynamic lines and waves — symbolises HKIFA’s role as a powerful catalyst in Hong Kong’s asset management ecosystem.
The rebranding also introduces HKIFA’s new tagline: Powering Connections. Fueling Growth.
It embodies HKIFA’s mission as the essential connecting force — linking insight to influence, capital to opportunity, and innovation to practice. The new tagline reflects the Association’s commitment to proactively bridging gaps, aligning interests and catalysing sustainable growth to drive collective progress for Hong Kong’s fund management industry.
Commenting on the milestone, Mr. Sam Yu, Chairman of HKIFA, remarks: “HKIFA’s 40th anniversary celebrates our proud heritage and our continued drive to strengthen Hong Kong’s position as a leading international asset management hub. The refreshed logo embodies our mission to connect, collaborate and champion industry growth.”
Ms. Paula Ip, CEO of HKIFA, adds: “Four decades of shared achievements have shaped HKIFA into a trusted voice for the fund management community. Our new design brings a fresh sense of modernity and dynamism — reflecting an asset management landscape that has grown larger, more innovative and more interconnected than ever. It positions HKIFA to further power connections and fuel sustainable growth for our members and Hong Kong’s fund management industry in the years and decades ahead.”
