Representatives from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Securities and Futures Commission provided a demonstration for our members on the recently launched greenhouse gas emission tools last week.
Developed by the HKUST and the Green and Sustainable Finance Cross-Agency Steering Group, the tools help address the ESG data gaps by enabling users, such as small and medium-size enterprises and financial institutions, to calculate or estimate greenhouse gas emissions.

隨著中國內地監管機構最近就「個人訊息保護法」發布了更多指引，我們將安排一個線上研討會，會上西盟斯律師行的代表將深入研究實施細節。

近年來，中國內地加快推進金融服務業對外開放，並出臺了一系列新政策和指引，為外資金融機構進入中國市場提供便利。隨著金融改革開放的進一步深化，一系列外資金融機構不斷加大在京投資和業務。除此以外，北京亦通過QDLP和QFLP試點進一步推動跨境投資便利化。
為了讓外資機構更好地瞭解中國内地，尤其北京的外商投資實施政策，「北京基金業協會」聯同「香港創業投資及私募股權協會」和「香港投資基金公會」合辦是次外資試點政策（北京QDLP、QFLP試點政策）宣講會。
